The PDS-1/10G Portable Delay Simulator enables the simulation of network impairments such as bandwidth limitation, latency, jitter, packet loss, and reordering at link speeds up to 10GbE. It supports real-time adjustments and features a statistics screen with a resettable packet counter. This unit provides cost-effective emulation for both 1G and 10G networks.

The versatile PDS-1/10G is conveniently portable, fitting into a laptop case and suitable for desk or bench testing, wall mounting, or 1U Rackmount installation, thanks to its uniquely compact design. It is configured through a Graphical User Interface (GUI) without the need for cumbersome software installation. The unit comes with a robust 3-year warranty that includes maintenance software upgrades. Its user-friendly GUI interface facilitates easy operation and enables real-time adjustments for monitoring tests and results. Unlike competing products that often necessitate expensive hardware upgrades or complicated bandwidth license expansions to accommodate different media types, WanRaptor™ offers a more economical alternative. It conveniently addresses these challenges within a compact desktop or rackmount enclosure.

The WanRaptor™ can mimic any LAN port-to-port connection or generate up to ten VLAN simulations within one LAN, each with its unique limitations.
