GPS820 - GPS, GLONASS, Galileo Splitter

8 Way, TNC, 1000 - 2000 MHz, 50 Ohm, Passive

GPS820 is an eight way, passive, GPS signal splitter ideal for splitting a GPS antenna signal between eight receivers while providing a DC current path to power a remotely located active GPS antenna from one receiver while blocking the DC path from the others. Furnished with TNC female connectors all ports. A special feature of this unit is the 200 ohm internal loads which provide a current drain for the GPS receivers not powering the active antenna. Some GPS receivers incorrectly sense an antenna fault when there is no current draw. The 200 ohm internal loads provide a simulated antenna current drain which prevents receiver faulting. Max voltage rating at the DC blocked ports is 15 VDC; maximum current rating is 75 mA. Maximum voltage rating at the DC pass port is 50 VDC; maximum current rating is 2000 mA.
